Ms Laimutė Varkalaitė, the illustrator of the project, researched and visualized mythological creatures – the cryptids – of each country to show their variety and uniqueness. The Lithuanian Mint transferred the characteristic graphic illustrations onto limited edition collectible silver coins.
The assembled collection serves both as a exclusively designed world map and as a neat place to keep your valuable collectibles with dedicated spaces for the 12 coins. The entire collection will be released throughout 2023. Each new coin will be issued monthly starting in February. We will publish the new releases on our website and on our social media channels. Our newsletter subscribers will be notified about upcoming releases in advance.
It is not possible to order and immediately receive a complete collection, because the coins will be minted according to the established monthly schedule. The collection in its entirety will not be available until the end of 2023.
